Overview
Sliceo LLC maintains relationships with a network of third-party software vendors, technology providers, payment processors, document management platforms, and service firms operating in the community association management industry. In some cases, Sliceo may receive financial compensation in connection with these relationships when a client or prospect engages a partner vendor based on a Sliceo recommendation or introduction.
This disclosure is provided in the interest of full transparency and in accordance with applicable federal guidelines, including FTC Endorsement and Testimonial Guides, and relevant state disclosure requirements.
Nature of Compensation
Compensation Sliceo may receive from partner vendors includes, but is not limited to: referral fees, revenue share, commissions, success fees, implementation fees, or other forms of remuneration as defined in a written agreement between Sliceo and the applicable vendor.
The existence of a compensation arrangement does not influence the structure of any vendor agreement between the partner and the client. In most cases, clients referred through Sliceo receive pricing that is equal to or better than standard pricing — including introductory discounts negotiated as part of the partnership.
Effect on Recommendations
Sliceo recommends vendors based on fit, functionality, and value for the client's specific operational needs. The potential to receive referral compensation is a secondary consideration and does not drive our recommendations. We will not recommend a vendor we do not believe is appropriate for a client's situation.
Clients are under no obligation to use any vendor Sliceo recommends and retain full freedom to evaluate and select any provider of their choosing.
Your Cost Is Not Affected
Any compensation Sliceo receives from a partner vendor is paid by that vendor and does not increase the fees the client pays for the vendor's services.
Disclosure in Engagements
Where a specific vendor compensation relationship is material to a client engagement, Sliceo will include a written disclosure in the applicable proposal, consulting agreement, or onboarding documentation. Clients may be asked to acknowledge that disclosure in writing prior to or at the start of the engagement.
Scope
This disclosure applies to all Sliceo communications, proposals, recommendations, and engagements — whether delivered through this website, email, presentations, contracts, or direct consultation. It is incorporated by reference into all Sliceo engagement letters and consulting agreements.
